I had a nice stay at this hotel, which boasts an amazing location right next to the World Trade Center museum, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean and had a great view, which I really appreciated, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I did encounter some issues with the service, as there was a mix-up with my reservation. Overall, the experience was decent and offered good value for money despite the minor service hiccups.
